 Good quality and quite 2010-02-11 I bought this to use with my lounge pc where the usual keyboards are too noisy. This keyboard is not silent but it is quiet, the keys are just like a laptop style and it is comfortable to use, it is also slim and unobtrusive so I rate it highly for the purpose I bought it for | ||
| Not much to add, but 2010-01-26 As others have said, after a few weeks of use I absolutely love the feel of the keys, and its a surprisingly heavy and solid unit. My only criticisms would be levelled at all keyboards of this type: the key edges are quite easy to catch with your fingertips as you move around the surface, and the shallow profile isn't as responsive as full size keys, but it is easier to hit them and you do get used to using it. I'm already mistyping far less often than I was a fortnight ago, and probably about the same as I always did on my old full depth Cherry keyboard. Sometimes typing feels wonderfully effortless, which I never got with my old keyboard. And it is very very quiet indeed. After a few days of arrival I noticed the T key kept popping up when I didn't hit it squarely. The keys are locked down on a sort of plastic hinged latch that locks at the top, I assume this design makes for easy cleaning, but the T key just wouldn't reseat. One quick email to Amazon and a new unit arrived in the post next day and this one seems perfect. 3 year warranty is made for reasons like this and it doesn't diminish my review score whatsoever.  Nice but not excellent 2010-01-20 This keyboard is quite nice, but its not as good as a lot of people here make out. There are very small gaps between the keys, so you can end up pressing two buttons at the same time quite often. Theres also not much spring back from the keyboard when you type.
