not actually so nice to use 2010-07-30 My main complaint with this keyboard is simply the physical feel of pressing the keys. It's heavier and more clunky, so having got used to the very soft touch of modern keyboards, this feels like one I owned six or seven years ago where you have to press the key more firmly or it doesn't quite register. If that doesn't bug you then fine, but this is a step back from my wired one in terms of useability and when I'm typing fast I'm missing more keys. The lack of cables is nice, but not enough to get over this annoyance and I think I'll have to buy something new. The other annoyance is my own fault, preferring to use a mouse left-handed I discover it's almost impossible with this one and have had to switch, but I should have paid more attention to the picture of it, it's just the first time I've found one I couldn't do it with both.
MISSING AN ESSENTIAL 2010-06-30 This is an excellent item with one major drawback. In the old days when you pressed the capslock a little light came on to show you the state of play. Then we had the super dooper Logitech system of a message showing on your monitor saying CAPS LOCK ON/OFF which was excellent. However now we have Windows 7 we have nothing! I have contacted Logitech and they say with their latest keyboard and the latest OS you have nothing to show whether the caps lock is on or off. Being a touch typist this is infuriating and needs fixing immediately!
Excellent value, great for the frequent user 2010-06-06 The Logitech wireless desktop comfort laser was an excellent choice for me. Delivery was prompt, installation easy (though I am a bit concerned about the minimal troubleshooting info with the product). I am particularly happy with the wave form of the keyboard - it is helping my unhappy shoulder immensely! I am particularly happy that it is a full keyboard (ie with keypad and up/down/delete buttons in the appropriate place). A very good choice for emailers or serious setters of books.
excellent product 2010-06-01 This is the first time I've bought a wireless Logitech keyboard and mouse and I am very pleased indeed with it. I had it up and working perfectly in a few minutes. I can highly recommend it.
fantastic 2010-05-14 I bought this item for three main reasons: 1. It was completely wireless 2. It was ergonomic 3. It was very cheap. The Good I needed this keyboard because i type for 6 or seven hours a day and I was having incredible wrist pains and everyone i asked pointed straight to this. It did the job perfectly within a week my wrist pain had almost completely faded and the keyboardn itslef is very comfortable. It also does not restrict your usage of a normal keynoard at all. It comes witha great wrist rest which really makes a difference. It also has 4 preset keys which i found very useful. It has volume controls and track controls. As well as a sleep button. The battery life is amazing compared to my old keyboard and mouse which only lasted a month. The general feel of the keyboard is fantastic too. The Mouse on the other hand is even better. The feel of it in your hand is brilliant with loads of extra short-cut keys including zoom keys and forward backward keys. The bad The space-bar key feels different
